CRT Séance is an in-progress Film Poem and Video Art project that explores how media, memory, and history interact with, reject, and distort each other.

The project is interested in anachronisms, replications of obsolete technology, layering, distortion, and manipulation. Visually, CRT Séance is a mix of found and newly shot footage, re-animated images, and recorded performance.

CRT Séance links text and footage inextricably together, applying to both similar techniques of collage, cut-up, and montage, creation and archive, personal expression and gestures towards the collective. The 'finished' product is a feature-film saga of hauntology, community, and absence.
